What condition grades do you use?

Three grades: Like New (under 50 flights, indistinguishable from new), Excellent (light use, minor cosmetic marks), and Good (heavier use, fully functional). Every grade is defined publicly on our condition grades page.

Do used drones come with a warranty?

Yes. Unlike marketplace purchases, every AST-Drones unit includes a written warranty: 12 months on Certified Pre-Owned, 6 months on Excellent grade, 90 days on Good grade.

Can I sell my drone to you even if it's damaged?

How do I know the drone isn't stolen or account-locked?

We verify the serial number against loss databases and confirm the aircraft is fully unbound from the previous owner's DJI account before any unit is listed. Activation lock is the most common used-drone scam — our checklist makes it impossible.
