Every drone, battery and accessory sold by AST-Drones can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, for any reason, with a prepaid label we provide. No restocking fees, no "opened box" deductions, no store-credit-only tricks. If the unit arrives not matching its listing description or grade, return shipping is on us regardless of reason.

Inside 30 days, a return is almost always the faster resolution. After 30 days, defects move to the warranty process — repair, replacement or refund depending on the fault. Either way, you're never carrying the risk that a marketplace seller would leave with you.
Yes — that's the point. Normal test flying is expected. New crash damage voids the return (it's then a repair quote), but reasonable flight time to evaluate the drone is exactly what the window is for.
