Its 1-inch dual-sensor 360° capture targets immersive content creators, while the Avata 2 remains the purer FPV flyer: lighter, cheaper batteries, and a mature motion-control experience. If you want to fly FPV rather than reframe in post, the 360 changes nothing for you — except the price of the drone you wanted anyway.
The Price Curve We're Seeing
Certified used Avata 2 kits (Goggles 3 + Motion 3) sat at $749–799 through spring. Post-launch, Excellent-grade kits are trading at $649–699, with Good-grade singles dipping under $600. History says this dip lasts 3–6 months until the used supply thins — the same curve the Mini 3 Pro traced after the Mini 4 Pro launched.
Buy the Dip — But Buy Inspected
FPV drones live hard lives, and launch-window sell-offs include plenty of crash-weary airframes. This is the one category where flight-log analysis matters more than photos: every used Avata 2 we list is screened for repeated hard-impact events before it reaches the catalog. If you're holding an Avata 2 and eyeing the 360, this is also the moment to trade in — values will soften further as 360 supply normalizes.
